Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Area

We ship within the Continental United States (excluding Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico) and Europe.

2. Shipping From

VERVOS operates local warehouses in the US and EU (US locations: GA, CA, NJ, FL & European fulfillment center). We provide reliable UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL, or other regional carriers. Please note: We do NOT ship to PO BOXES.

Processing Time: Orders typically take 1-2 business days to process. Extended processing times may apply during peak sales periods.

Delivery Time: Please allow 5-7 business days for your shipment to arrive after it has shipped. For European orders, delivery times may vary depending on your location. A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to you once your order has shipped.

3. Shipping Changes & Fees

• Address Changes: NO CHARGE for changing your address BEFORE we provide you with the tracking number.
• Refused/Undelivered Packages: $180 will be charged if you refuse to accept the package or if it remains undelivered.
• Post-Delivery Address Changes: If the package has already been delivered to your original address, you will need to pay an extra $50 per item to change the delivery address.

Any changes made to your shipment after it has shipped, including address changes, order holds, or shipping preference updates, may delay your receipt of the product. If you wish to change the color or size of your order, you must do so before your order ships.

4. Important Shipping Notes

• Items are shipped separately to ensure that the weight and size of each package are within carrier limitations, reducing the risk of damage during transit.
• Shipping times may be affected by variable customs clearance times or public holidays.
• VERVOS is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items due to the actions or inactions of any parcel service.
• All estimated delivery times are approximate and for reference only.

Returns Policy

Return Window

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

Return Shipping Fees

If you initiate the return, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Return shipping fees vary by product type and typically range from $120–$180. The specific fee will depend on the product category and the shipping carrier you choose.

Refund Timeline

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. This timeline includes:

• Transit time for us to receive your return (5-10 business days)
• Processing time for your return (3-5 business days)
• Your bank's processing time for the refund (5-10 business days)

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, log into your account, view your order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu, and click the "Return Item(s)" button. We will notify you via email of your refund once we have received and processed your returned item.

Shipping Damage Claims

If you receive a damaged item, please send photos or videos to service@vervosmoto.com within 7 days of receipt. Damaged parts can be replaced or compensated for free. To qualify for damage coverage, you must:

• Notify service@vervosmoto.com within 7 days of receiving your order
• Provide dated photos of the damaged item(s)
• Return all original packaging and documentation
